Random thoughts were strolling in my mind and I had nothing to do……… as they say “an empty mind is a devils workshop” so all U devils pls keep safe distance as there is no vacancy for you right now! N what could be a better way to toss them away than scribbling on my blog? Nothing special to write but ya this month I completed two of the chetan bhagat’s books – THREE MISTAKES OF MY LIFE AND ONE NIGHT @THE CALL CENTRE. From his very first book FIVE POINT SOMEONE his writing style has captivated me, glued me to his books. The youthful rollercoaster ride of hari, ryan and aloke intruded into my heart n mind. After I was keen on reading another best seller ONE NIGHT… but somehow my negligence and laziness detained me. Then I came to know about his new book THREE MISTAKES……which someone recommened to present as a gift to my friend (sreya…the bookworm). Accordingly I went to the store to pick up one but honestly I wanted to read it before anyone else…but anywez I gifted her with a condition that after she finishes off (it was ordered to finish asap :P ) I am the next person to read it. Sweet gal gave it to me in two days n similarly I finished it in two days…..now the last one left out was one night@call centre. N as he does anything for me [:)] sapc gifted it to me soon after. I finished it off n now my expert comment on it follows…………….

After reading all the books I can only say…………….”tre bien” i.e very good.

Naaaaaaaaa I need to elaborate…as someone is goin to evaluate me! Well I would say that One night was the weakest among the three. I had all the elements but still that charm of five point n three mistakes is somewhere missing. One common thing about chetan’s novels are the character traits. He remains on the same track…..one happening guy (RYAN, VROOM, ISHAAN) n an average guy ( HARI, SHYAM, GOVIND)….but the way he blends them together is commendable. All the three books had different backdrops but somehow related. From IIT to call centre chetan bhagat is suave in each one. The style, the plot, characters etc are all too contemporary and relates to the youth. Today I will discuss about One night@ call centre as that is the most recent one I have read. The story revolves round six people working in a call centre and having their own set of nuisance. When one night they all fall in a life n death situation when it is the Almighty who gives them a rescue phone call!! The exposition and conclusion a perfect with the love triangle of shyam-priyanka-ganesh, the ever excited vroom-esha, the lonesome military uncle and the tragedy queen radhika! Honestly speaking everything else was fine even with the nutty boss Bakshi but only the GOD’s phone call part was…………. [:O] kinda hard to digest [hajmola needed :P ]. Pheeeeeeeeeeeww am short of words , lines, ideas [:(]

Sorrrrrrrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyyyy babyyyy!!! [:P] but ya I wud definitely recommend all the three books of chetan bhagat…………..read it and I bet you would like it if not love it!!

hmm am writing this one on the auspicious occation of my birthday that went off recently (21st june)ya the day yet agn special for me frm mignight onwards wid loads of blessings and wishes. N agn someone special was there wid me this year also to make my day [:D]. ya had loads of fun, gifts n adulation but only one thing i lost..........money for treat [:P] SORRYYY that was a PJ!! jokes apart it is always a pleasure to treat my friends but only once a year [;)] I hope they had a lot of fun n enjoyment N more importantly they went back with an overloaded appetite...but ya madz n munnu missed u guys [:(] n thnks to sreya for joining coz last year 'U' not being there was something that we [U knw whom i mean by we] missed.

Its been a long time since my last post was updated…..n am back with the ’30 questions tag’ that mads gave me...
Actually I was really busy doing nothing [:P] lolls….no no juz kidin I had my finals. Well am back with this one…..read it carefully

1) LAST MOVIE U SAW IN A THEATRE?

As far as I remember it was “RACE” (wohi bips n saif wala) that I watched in Fame Cinemas South City Mall (Kolkata), that too in gold class seats. Sorry it might seem a show off but I juz cundnt help writing it as it was my most exclusive movie watch wid someone special **blushes**……..try it atleast once its great.

2) WHAT BOOK ARE U READING?

Its ‘THE ZAHIR’ by Paulo Coelho…..that am trying hard to finish it from the last 4 months….but all in vain!! Poor me always listen heavy words from Saptarshi as he is d one to gift me the book…[:(]

On the contrary in btwn I already finished “3 mistakes” by chetan bhagat (he is my favourite u knw)

3)FAVOURITE BOARD GAME?

Board game?? Oh god, I only liked to play “teacher teacher” with the mini blackboard (that my mom made exclusively for me) with all the pillows as my students when I was in junior school….ah I juz loved it when I used to scold my pillowy students exactly my school teacher used to scold me [:P]

4)FAVOURITE MAGAZINE?

SEVENTEEN INDIA….though I never bought a single copy of it. I always borough it from my frnd Akki (offo not akshay kumar yaar) who agn takes it frm someone else…. *kismat connection with seventeen India*

5) FAVORITE SMELLS?

Aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh……..rite now the smell of my coffee (fav) mug is magnetizing me…well it is equally important to state that the smell of biriyani energises me; the fragrance of wet earth juz after a downpour is something that alwez fantasizes me; other than that the smell of MTV body spray, kerosene, phenol, room freshener etc add to the list.

6) FAVOURITE SOUNDs?

· The dulcet wind chime (my 20^th B’Day gift frm kaustav) above my computer really sounds melody!

· The clink of my payal, though I hardly wear them.

· The ring tone of my mobile (keeps on changing time to time)

· The D-Drive of my computer which is full of my collection of songs…aahhh its my asset.

· The cacophony of all my loved ones…..frnds, family n offcourse my special one :-)

· The sound of violin and santoor….sometimes!

7) WORST FEELING IN THE WORLD?

Being dishonest to one’s own self and playing with emotions…..it kills man…trust me it really does!!

8) WHAT IS THE FIRST THING YOU THINK OF WHEN YOU WAKE?

“Itni jaldi subha ho gayi”……….. [:D]

9) FAVORITE FAST FOOD PLACE?

Where thr is fast food am alwez thr….no matter whatever place it is!!

Yummmmy…love to gorge on them.

Ohh fish…am not the maker of Krishh or Love story 2050 that can foresee the future…gal or guy that’s the big question! [:o]
